Good Friday



While taking a moment, to be in the moment, where religious observances are usually taking place. Due to physical distancing, religious practices are being held separately, where the observances are meant to bring us together. 


Use this time to reconnect, reevaluate, recharge and examine your mind, body and spirit; with little to no pressure-one small step at a time.  



Find the courage to change the way you are thinking, dreaming and living.

Lastly, find a supportive person to discuss your concerns. Be brave, be strong and carry on to the best of your ability.
